Alberto (Internet Sales) and Danny Haddid (Finance) -5 stars I knew which car I wanted and was ready to buy. Unfortunately, I First dealt with another “internet sales manager”, who kept telling me to travel 2.5 I knew which car I wanted and was ready to buy. Unfortunately, I First dealt with another “internet sales manager”, who kept telling me to travel 2.5 hours to “talk about it and see what we can do”. Thankfully, I ended up working with Alberto Aguila a few days later. We agreed to a price on the phone, he gave me a full breakout of all of the hidden fees, etc and he stuck to them when I arrived. Danny made the Finance process super easy while offering me all of the add-ons without wasting my time. While I’ll give Alberto and Danny 10-stars on the official survey, I’m taking away one star from this dealership review because: 1) the first “Internet” sales person acted like a stereotypical sleazy salesperson that people try to avoid. 2) they automatically add-on LoJack and Tracker to every single car on their lot, which increases the cost of the car by over $800 before you start negotiating. That’s super annoying. More

What a joke this place is worst service I was promised a full detail of my car after my last visit in which my car was returned damaged and filthy from your dealership. My detail was a wash and wax they vacuumed and wiped half of my front window. What a joke that is when this place was trying to make things right instead that was another slap in the face. Also had a transmition leak fixed (well I can only hope) they said the air in my tires was adjusted to 35. Not my tire pressure was 40+ on 3 tires and 39 on the other. 5 days after leaving your service center my check engine light came on yet again.. SMH I truly feel I have been xxxxed off enough. By Chevy and your service is the worst.. More

First let’s start with it took over 9 hours to complete a simple oil change and transmission fitting repair that previously my service advisor told me was a power steering line leaking but I went back in and asked about but she then corrected herself. the worst part is my service advisor didn’t call me once to check in I had to go in her office every time to update my self. What a disgrace to the Chevrolet/GM name. More

Takes too long, Not honest and lacks customer focus I have bought here now 4 different times. Each time the service gets worst. Mr. Sullivan I dont know what has happened but you need to focus on your operations and service. For the folks reading beware! They didnt input my contract in right away so when I went to use my service contract I couldnt use it, then they told me on the phone that i had to wait 30 days. I called the warranty company and they said if they would have put it in then it is active immediately.. Hello - I bought the agreement on June 20 here we are july 5th.. why have they not entered it??? When I purchased the car they made me wait for 4 hours after I had agreed on price and made me wait till the last customer in the building. I could go on and on with all the things wrong here. More

I'm not sure if I will recommend this place. On june 6th I drove 90 miles to this dealer and I got a brand new 2018 Equinox, I love it!!, Justin Arbis helped me a lot, thanks!! 10 days later Just On june 6th I drove 90 miles to this dealer and I got a brand new 2018 Equinox, I love it!!, Justin Arbis helped me a lot, thanks!! 10 days later Justin called me and told me they found another bank with better interest rate for me and lower payment, great!!, he asked me to go back to re-sign another contract, so I drove another 90 miles to the dealer and another 90 to my house. On the 26th, somebody called me from finance department, and told me they made a mistake and told me to go back again, I drove another 180 miles, I was so mad, the guy that was there told me "we promise that this is the last time". On the 29th Danny Fares from finance called me again, asking me to go back again because they made another mistake!! I said no!! I will not be driving so far putting miles on my new car just because their mistakes, He told me that somebody will drive to my house that day, I waited that day in the afternoon and nobody called me. Yesterday in the morning Monday July 2nd, Danny called me and asked me at what time I will goi g to be available, I told him I will be at home between 5:30 and 6, he told me "ok, somebody will be there around 6:30, I said ok". At 6:23 pm I got a text from Slavik Nester, asking again at what time I will be available, I told him "I'm waiting Danny told me somebody will be here 6:30". 6:33 pm he replied saying he just left the dealer!! they are 90 miles away from my house!! They are very unprofessional, I'm really disgusted with them. I just thank to Justin Arbis, he helped me alot. I'm not sure if I will recommend this place. Jose Brand. More
