Service Manager is great...service is horrible Penny Case, the service manager, is THE ONLY reason why I bring my car here. The service advisors will lie to you, attempt to intimidate you (one time I had Steve White, a service advisor there, pin me in a corner and posture over me because my original service advisor quoted me one price and didn't write it down in the right spot, so Steve White, had me physically pinned in a corner, saying I couldn't have my car back [after JL Sullivan had it for 6 weeks], unless I paid $600 more than I was originally quoted),, bully you, and still not get the job done. 3 times in the last 8 months, I have brought my car in there for a $1000+ "fix" and within 24 hours had my car back into the shop for the EXACT same issue! The service manager, Penny, does what she can to make the situation right, but sometimes things are outside of her control! I would not bring my worst enemy's car to this dealership!! The only redeeming quality this place has is Penny Case! More

Rediculous Over 3 hours to do an oil change and replace an accessable fuse, That's with an appointment! Needs More Improvement There service has improved slightly. Last visit they were a Zero star rating. I can see that they are doing some efforts to improve the service expe There service has improved slightly. Last visit they were a Zero star rating. I can see that they are doing some efforts to improve the service experience but are not where they should be. I take my two new Chevy sparks there because I purchase the maintenance (mistake). On my first visit a few months ago for an oil change I received a call from the Service center and made an appointment. I showed up a few minutes early and waited in the service line (no problem with this) but when it was my turn I was informed that I was in the wrong line and needed to go into the other line which they informed be was for oil changes and first come first serve. Based on this when my second vehicle needed and oil change my wife showed up and went into the oil change line and was informed that she needed an appointment. To there credit they scheduled her in for an appointment which was two hours later. What should have been about an hour experience ended up taking up over four hours of her day. A few days later we noticed that our antenna was missing. The service rep we called was prompt and professional in responding (the antenna had been taken off for the courtesy car wash and inside the car). About the courtesy car wash, don't the vacuum? Shouldn't they replace car parts removed when they are finished? My wife did inform me that the folks she dealt with were friendly and professional (this is an improvement from our first visit). I am hopeful that on our next visit they can earn at least a three star? I remain hopeful but am regretting having to rely on Sullivan. Improvements could change this opinion. More
