Excellent Customer Service I had to take my Chevy Traverse in because the rear air conditioner stopped blowing cold air. Small things through the cracks. So I took my car in for its first service. Only 5000 miles on it. Had some concerns on how it was shifting, the brakes squealing when backing up and t So I took my car in for its first service. Only 5000 miles on it. Had some concerns on how it was shifting, the brakes squealing when backing up and the arm rest squeaking when moving it up and down. My service advisor was nice listened to my concerns and took my keys and said they would be addressed. Four and a half hour later the car was done. My service advisor went over my concerns and said the shifting was normal, they could not find anything wrong with the brakes and the first service waa done. Sounds good so far right. So here's where thing start not to add up. My car had 5117 on the odometer when I took it in and when I left it had 5118 but my service advisor said they test drove my car twice to check the shifting issue and the brake noise. All in one mile. My invoice said 5117 in and 5117 out. Part of the service was to rotate the tires and check the air pressure. Now the day before the service I got a service warning that my air pressure was low. 30 psi. In all my tires. So I thought I'm taking it in tomorrow and they will take care of it. The next day after the service I got a service warning again that my tire psi was low. But my invite stated that they checked and my psi was at 35. Ok these are small things, but if they are not looking at the small thing. Are they really look good at the big thing. More

Most car buying experiences have been about a big giant NO from the start and then 3 hours of making the NO CHANGE INTO A 60 month panick attack of how in the heck are we going to do that? John L Sullivan NEVER even said NO.. from Begining to the end it was all about which car would you love? pick it out and drive it home.! Honestly, I’ve never had a car buying experience with such service no pushing or pulling or bending! It was definitely the best experience by far!!!! More
