Great Service Without Unnecessary Recommended Repairs We really like the service advisors here. They recommended new brakes only at the time I’d normally think about getting it done myself. For all their recommendations, it always feels like it’s the right time for a repair rather than too early (such as the Audi water pump that allegedly failed at 27,000 miles). They have great service hours and a quick oil change/lube option if you have a big trip coming up and want it done quickly and correctly. More

But the customer service representative and the service department I was very, very disappointed with. The rep was suppose to call me back the other day after arranging a diagnostic appoint with service and didn't have the courtesy to call back later and say they she couldn't reach them. Call her the next day and she said she arrange with the service department to call me today no later than 6:30 pm and no one called. Requested to talk service rep and she was busy, but said to call back by 7 pm before she got off. Requested department supervisor to talk to but had left already and wouldn't be back until Monday. Left message for service rep to call back after she completed with other customer and no call back. So far after paying cash for a new truck, service has really been disappointing. More

Customer service I knew better than to go to John L Sullivan for a truck purchase but they called and said they wanted my old truck and could get me in a new one. Howe I knew better than to go to John L Sullivan for a truck purchase but they called and said they wanted my old truck and could get me in a new one. However the truck only had one key and no owners manual. You would think they would like to rectify the situation but no. It took almost two weeks to get the second key. After a month they said they got the owners manual and we’re going to mail it to me. I received the owners manual in the mail but it is for a different car. No surprise they xxxxed that up. So here I sit with no owners manual for a truck I purchased a month ago. Also when I had my other truck that I bought at Folsom Lake Chevy I took it to John L Sullivan two different times for a oil change. One time it took 3.5 hours and the other time it took 4.5 hours. For a oil change that is outrageous. Ashley was to only person that was any help. She should be in charge of the service center. It might run better. More

He tried to tell me the credit I was getting $5900 on a lease or $7500 on a purchase of a volt was a “we like you credit” complete lie and I’m not stupid. I worked with randy once in folsom and he was a rude and condescending then too. Angela doesn’t return calls or listen to voicemails and now you are trying to get me a loan through companies I made clear I did not want to work with. I came in with a pre-approved loan with Safe credit union and you forced me to run my credit again and now I see why. You’re a scam dealership that will do anything to sell a car. You will lie and cheat. I’ve bought 3 cars from you and each time the transactions get shadier and shadier. I will never return and I don’t recommend anyone to purchase from you. More
