The second most important part is did you have a lot of options to choose from to get the vehicle you wanted. John L. Sullivan has a huge backstock that they let me look through to get exactly the car I wanted (2018 Volt), and they gave me a lease that other dealerships weren't willing to match. On top of that the car buying experience was good. The salesman was nice, and there was, of course, a tense negotiation, but it stayed positive and wasn't a terrible experience. Outside of that, everyone couldn't have been nicer and more positive. More
Customer Service Excellent service provided, as always. I came in for my 2nd oil change. I had a piece of plastic on the undercarriage of my car that was hanging down. Bad service It took longer to wash the car than to change the oil. After that realized that my wind sheild crack was worse than it was prior to the service but wh It took longer to wash the car than to change the oil. The salesperson was mean, did not answer questions nicely. I have already picked a car from a previous date, but they kept on asking me to come back to negotiate, even though I already know my price point. Once I'm in there, we negotiate and did paper work from 6pm till 11:00pm. I do not need finance, but that didn't stop them from running my credit. Even though I declined on running my credit report many, many times. They tried hard to sell me add-ons, I declined as much as I can. More

Sun Visor installation I bought a replacement illuminated sun visor ( $ 200 ) because they would not repair the old one.
