Sullivan Chevrolet at the Roseville Automall in California. The staff made our purchase very easy. They were professional, courteous, and made sure we were happy. Finally, the signing process was extremely streamlined. We've spent HOURS at other dealerships going through the signing process. This was so easy and so fast, my wife and I were VERY impressed. Finally, the staff took lots of time training us on how to use the features of the car. Great experience ... strongly recommend this dealership! More

After servicing is complete the service advisor goes over everything that was done to your vehicle. The mechanics do a great job and very clean. Oil Drained During Service I would give a five star rating, but when I went to replace my tires they found I had no oil at all!!! I had an oil change on 05/12/18 at Big O Tires, I would give a five star rating, but when I went to replace my tires they found I had no oil at all!!! I had an oil change on 05/12/18 at Big O Tires, I had service done at John L. Sullivan Chevrolet on 05/17/18. I had to buy new tires on 05/25/18 at Firestone in Antelope and while doing a routine checkup they found I had absolutely no oil! I had to get another oil change so that was not an expected additional expense. More

I love this place!! My Father and I had come in before to get him a Newer Chevy Silverado 1500 a few years ago. We decided to trade it in for a 2018 version. We've always been a Chevy family, and coming to this dealership it feels like family helping you out. I got myself a Nissan Versa for my commutes. It's amazing on gas(Much better than my Lifted Chevy Weekend Warrior at home). But it's a wonderful car, the detailing work that the guys in the shop did was fantastic (I used to work in high-end detailing). They do such a wonderful job of taking care of you, every single time. If I ever need to grab another Chevy, I'm checking this place out first. Keep up the great work!! More
