Rip off sales tactics! I paid $7,500 over MSRP and the sales rep Henry and his manager Abel said they would include a car rack for my Sportage. I checked every couple of weeks and when I finally went in to talk to Henry about it, he was no longer employed there! Abel said that because it was not written down, they would not honor what Henry promised me! DO NOT TRUST THEIR SALES TACTICS!!! More
