I have been using Roseville Kia service for years, and it is very disappointing that my service rep tried to sell me unnecessary service! John was my advisor. I found the receipt when I got home, and fortunately, I did not agree to have the service again! If you want to keep me as a customer, please don't try to sell me something I do not need! More
