Took 1 hour to do a free battery inspection and check tires, fluids etc. he came back after 45 minutes said my battery would not charge. Ended up they had the wrong car. The process was easy until the time came to sign papers in finance. We ended up waiting almost 3 hours to sign papers once we had a deal in place. Kept being told we were next and that it’d be only “10 mor in finance. We ended up waiting almost 3 hours to sign papers once we had a deal in place. Kept being told we were next and that it’d be only “10 more minutes”, when clearly we weren’t next and it took much longer than we were told. I understand it being busy, but we just wanted some honesty and transparency. More
