Finance salesperson still tried to sell us an extended warrantee to a car that boasts the best reliability and warrantee of any car ever made. He still offered to "do us favor" and give his "employee discount" to up sell me on something that we were already paying for with the usual scare tactics, some things never change. Will we always have to have brush our teeth and take a shower after buying a car? Did not appreciate the DEALER Mark up over MSRP on the Telluride, bad business and we ALMOST had to move on to a Dealer that did not charge it, was able to negotiate most of 5000.00 out of the price. Did not like the forced 795.00 Surprise Lojack fee. These "added theft deterrents" have always been a benefit for the dealer. We were not given an option to have it removed or the price reduced. This will not keep my car from being stolen, the advanced Proximity Transponder Technology will, just don't leave your key in or near your car. Not too sure about the "Phone Key" security. Locksmith for 45 years. It is not our fault that Kia and Hyundai were the last to add Basic Transponder Technology to their cars making these cars the most stolen brands in the last 20 years. Be aware of the added dealer overhead fee (795.00 Lojack), the MSRP+ up to 10,000.00 on Tellurides and the Finance room is still the same! More

They responded exceptionally quickly during the negotiations process and were up-front, patient and forthcoming with information we needed. They then delivered our new vehicle to us the same day, no small feat as we finished negotiations at around 3pm and live 450 miles away from Roseville. Alex and Andrew led us through the paperwork and then gave us very knowledgeable operating instructions. We are so happy with the SUV, a beautiful automobile and the process to acquire it. Made a deal for a 2024 Sorento. They added a dealer markup right at the end, using barely readable paperwork. This is illegal under the Cal. Veh. There was no sticker. We will work it out in small claims. My bad for being stupid. But if you shake hands with the manager, count your fingers afterward. Also, their website quoted me a trade in value on my Jeep of $19,400. But when the paperwork came, it was only $14,000. More
