I talked to Enriquez for over 30 minutes on getting a deal for a 2023 Sportage Hybrid. He was misleading and not listening well. I didn't like the lack of commitment to a price by the manager. The manager would say 'giving me a best price if I would go in' when I asked if he can meet my price. Enriquez cannot get the deal although a few times he said, "I would not loose a deal over price." Empty words, no substance. I would not recommend Roseville Kia. More

Now that I am past the initial buying experience and can look back on it with 20-20 hindsight, I don't think I would have purchased the vehicle I bought. I am very disappointed that I got a car that ostensibly had in-dash navigation, but Toyota apparently stopped servicing that aspect of their product October 30, 2023. I was carefully not so informed. I also feel I was pushed into buying a used car with 67,000 miles on the clock without having the opportunity to do my own research. That's a problem I hold with myself responsible for and it won't happen again, regardless of the pending expiry of the "special Veteran's Day pricing" or whatever else is offered to push, push, push the customer to get the deal closed. After I bought the car, I found a lot of better deals on similar or better cars with fewer miles and lower prices offered by other dealerships. It won't happen again, nor will I recommend Roseville Kia to my many friends, 6 kids or 18 grandkids. More
