The agent was having a lot of technical difficulties with printing, and also didn't seem to have much of a menu based on the history of this car as to what was due to be done. I'm glad we stopped at this dealership to look at replacing my wife's 2009 Lexus RX 350. I have tried for 2 years to have my wife look at something other than the Lexus, like the Telluride. We purcha replacing my wife's 2009 Lexus RX 350. I have tried for 2 years to have my wife look at something other than the Lexus, like the Telluride. We purchased the Telluride because of the value for the money. The purchase was a back and forth negotiation which I despise! I understand why this is done but still despise the practice of hours of trying to wear down the customer to increase profit. I won't play that game again. The car is nice. The people in the dealership were nice and we believe we reached a fair deal. More
