Jeff Chu was an awesome salesman. He was kind & considerate throughout the whole process. The only downside was that we couldn’t drive off with our new $60,000 Carnival Prestige car. Our new car was going to be driven for three days off and on by the president of Kia. There was nothing we could do about it. We are a little sad that we won’t be putting the first miles on our new car. This happened to another person/couple who bought a Telluride Prestige. We’ve never had this happen before but we’re still very excited & happy with our purchase at Roseville Kia. More

At no time did I feel pressure to buy a car or even test drive a car. He listened to what I wanted in a car and did his best to find it And when I did find a car I liked, everything was explained as I was d drive a car. The dealership sucks! ! I was sold a car that they knowingly knew was a lemon. I have tried to reason with them, but get nowhere. Jason Rodgers is about as ineffective a !
