I got burned again. Don't buy an extended warranty at the dealership because there are loopholes in the warranties and they sold me one that was for a brand new car. I have been using Roseville Kia service for years, and it is very disappointing that my service rep tried to sell me unnecessary service! John was my advisor. He tried to sell me a 30,000 mile service, which is very disappointing that my service rep tried to sell me unnecessary service! John was my advisor. He tried to sell me a 30,000 mile service, which I told him I already received, but he could not locate the service in my file. I found the receipt when I got home, and fortunately, I did not agree to have the service again! If you want to keep me as a customer, please don't try to sell me something I do not need! More
