Super packed when I got there. Parking was difficult. Deal took forever to reach because it took a ton of negotiation to get to an offer that made trading in my car for a new car w Parking was difficult. Deal took forever to reach because it took a ton of negotiation to get to an offer that made trading in my car for a new car worth it. 7+ hours later I felt I got the best offer I could’ve gotten and I love my new Kia. Richard was very patient. One weird thing though was they held on to my trade in key to check out the car but I had to ask for it back multiple times when I didn’t feel like continuing in the negotiation process. Each time I’d ask, they would instead come back with a new offer as if they didn’t want me to leave. I get the desire to make the sale but that was just unnecessary and made me feel a little uneasy and why I got my husband on the phone to continue negotiating us down to what ultimately was a great deal. Finance after the fact took a while to get me in and process my paperwork but the guy helping me was absolutely fantastic through the process. It took a hot minute to get the deal I wanted, but we got there, and despite the hiccups I would ABSOLUTELY do business with Kia again in the future if the right deal presents itself. More
