Jeff Chu was an awesome salesman. He was kind & considerate throughout the whole process. The only downside was that we couldn’t drive off with our new $60,000 Carnival Prestige car. We are a little sad that we won’t be putting the first miles on our new car. This happened to another person/couple who bought a Telluride Prestige. We’ve never had this happen before but we’re still very excited & happy with our purchase at Roseville Kia. More
