Roseville Kia - Service Center

Customers are supposed to guess where the waiting area is when they arrive, there are no charging stations or plugs if you want to work on your laptop while you wait. Very dirty coffee dispenser and overall when they arrive, there are no charging stations or plugs if you want to work on your laptop while you wait. Specially compared to other dealerships (like the very busy downtown LA Kia dealership) that are far more busy. I also made the mistake of assuming they would wash my car, what happened to that service! At least let the customers know. More

Dropped off with uncloseable trunk due to recalls. Oil change and security updates happened but no communication on the trunk issue. Came to pick it up with no update.
