The dealership sent a driver to pick me up from the airport, which was a nice touch. The condition of the vehicle was as described, and I was not surprised by anything "hidden" from me. Most of the "paperwork" was done online, so the time at the dealership was minimal. I wish I had the option of opting out of the Etching, and the associated cost. I paid cash so I didn't use the finance dept. If the situation arose in the future, I wouldn't hesitate to deal with them (Joey Carbo) again. One thing that rubbed me the wrong way.....You shouldn't have to make a profit from the drink machine in the used car office!! More
