If we did finance with the dealership there would be a penalty if the loan was paid off before 3 payments were made. This is not a bank policy but is an Encore policy based on the amount of kick back they receive for financing the vehicle . More

Sales is fine but service department was very confusing after I had called and confirmed information on my SUV service plan. So we told that our oil changes were include with no charge but we ended up having to pay for the oil change after arriving. Then got told they could not look at our head light due to it being after market and we have only owned the SUV 3 months and haven't changed anything on it.
