My husband and I purchased a terrain from Rossi. They were very nice and helpful. They made the experience quick and easy (unlike some other dealers who are pushy and have 8,000 hidden fees). We then met with our salesman, Charlie, who was just an all around nice guy. Eric, the Finance Manager, took care of us, as well. He was just as nice and very informative.
