There was no wait or scramble to find the car. Dave Lucia was incredibly personable and easy to deal with. He listened and presented solutions to each of my concerns. The entire time he had a "can do" attitude and he delivered the exact car I was looking for! I also want to give a shout out to Steven Polaski...he walked me through the car and even sent me an email with a link to add my new car to my EZ pass account....I never would have thought about that...Nice touch! A Big thank you to the Rossi team for making my experience a great one! More
