I've very quickly become a SUPER FAN of Rossi Chevrolet Buick GMC in Washington, NJ. Why? I'm about to purchase my THIRD car from them THIS YEAR, and each experience has been better than the last! Eric, Matt, Ashley, Steven, and the entire team there all treated me with dignity, respect, and have been an absolute pleasure to work with. They were consistently responsive to my needs, understanding of my communication preferences, the deals we've made have been excellent, the valuations of my trade-ins quite generous, the new cars impeccably prepared for me, and they gave me plenty of time to understand each vehicle's features, ask questions, get comfortable, and set everything up before I drove off (e.g., phone, bluetooth, Onstar, etc.). It's legitimately become my go-to dealership and I honestly couldn't recommend Rossi and its fantastic staff more! More

I just traded in my Jeep from a different dealer that I did not have a good experience with at all (over the last 4 years I owned the Jeep). A friend suggested Rossi to get my Jeep looked at. I was cautious going in, based on my poor experience from where I purchased my Jeep. I spoke with service and decided it would be best to trade it in - no guarantee how much longer the engine would last even after repairing it. I looked at the Chevy Equinox and GMC Terrain. Steve Costa, my “sales guy”(the best!!) took his time with me as I took both cars for test drives, twice. Steve knew plenty about both cars and was very honest about the pros and cons. I ended up buying my 2019 GMC Terrain and it was a fantastic experience! Steve and the rest of the team were super accommodating, friendly, personable, professional, patient and thorough my visits were. In addition to Steve, I was helped by Marty (manager) and Bob (Warranty) as well as Angela (finance) and Steven (tech/digital). Suzanne from customer care called me right after my first visit to check in and confirm my next appointment. A few other men (who’s names unfortunately I cannot recall) were all very friendly as well , including Mike Rossi. Everyone took their time, very thoroughly discussed everything and answered all my questions. I was there for awhile the day of purchase, understandably ; Steve and I reviewed, in great detail, the Terrain. Steve knows his stuff! We even went over the Carfax (because I was challenging him and showing him the Edmunds and Kellly Blue Book reports!). I had so many questions but Steve did a lot of research and just took his time with me. The overall communication was great whenever I had a question or made a call the days leading up To , and on the day of, my purchase. Steve was even available by text, followed up in between and after my visits. I would give the team 10 stars! This is a very warm And friendly atmosphere and I felt like I got a really good and fair deal. No one was pushy or unreasonable. Everyone was always available when I had a question or needed anything (even coffee!) I’m so excited with my new car and the dealership is conveniently located not far from me so I can bring my car in for service. I highly, highly recommend working with Rossi! Additionally, several people had suggested I go there, (and my husband also had been going there years prior for service on his Chevy.) I thank the team, especially Steve, very much for an outstanding job and their efforts. They really go above and beyond. I look forward to continue working with this dealership! More

Matt - he took great care to appraise my trade-in and helped me get a great and competitive value to my new purchase. Kevin - great salesman and very insightful. Gauged my needs and worked with me to find the perfect car. Worked to hold this and start the process in the car that was still in-transit. Alexandra — very friendly and provided great customer service on the days I came in. Todd — got my financing in order very quick and we worked out a great deal without any major hiccups. Dan & Ashley — worked with me on the final day to process a painless transaction and give me all the financial information I needed for a quick process. Very friendly and informative. Steven — helped me set up the tech and OnStar to make sure I drove away feeling comfortable in the vehicle and had all of my features ready to go. The entire Rossi teams gets 5 stars and a round of applause! More
