This is my third time leasing with Rossi Chevrolet Buick GMC and this by far was the smoothest process yet. Eric was great to work with and made everything from easy from coming in to test drive vehicles to GMC and this by far was the smoothest process yet. This dealership has horrible customer service. I was trying to buy a car from them and the salesman I was working with (Ken Beam) sold it out from under me and stated that he is sorry he couldn't I was trying to buy a car from them and the salesman I was working with (Ken Beam) sold it out from under me and stated that he is sorry he couldn't get back to me as he was too busy. I tried to put money down or even pay cash but he ignored me for 3 days. I then received rude emails from him after I called the sales manager because no one would return my calls or emails. This dealership doesn't care at all about their customers. I would never go here to buy a car. There are plenty of other dealers across the US. When I finally got ahold of a manager he stated he would call me back but never did. Just horrible.... More
