Dear Rossi "DCJR", I wanted to mention that I saw a used/trade-in, 2022 F-150 in an ad that popped up on my Laptop..... It was white in color, a crew cab and it said "LIMITED"..... It didn't take me lo used/trade-in, 2022 F-150 in an ad that popped up on my Laptop..... It was white in color, a crew cab and it said "LIMITED"..... It didn't take me long to check it out once I clicked on the Ad..... Wow, what a beautiful truck and with only a little over 10,000 miles on it..... Yes, you read that correctly. It is 'thisclosetobeingnew'. If I didn't see the Ad on my Laptop, I wouldn't have been any wiser to that it was available for sale and would have missed out on the purchase of a great vehicle. Thanx goes out to whomever placed the AD on the internet. I contacted a Friend of ours, Ken Beam, who works there, if he was working that day, since it was a Sunday. He said no, but thru him, arrangements were made for us to be able to purchase it. Since it was a Sunday afternoon and they were closed, we went over, even with sprinkles of rain, to check it out. It was nicer than the pictures in the ad. We (Ken & I) went back and forth with messaging and figures, and the VIN number so I can contact our insurance company. We had insurance on it before we picked it up. Everything fell into place perfectly and very smoothly. Our Monday afternoon appointment to pay for it and take it home went without a hitch. Ali Ismail helped with the paperwork and Ashley Housman took care of the financial part. All very professional....... Ali even added my Cell phone to the sync system..... I want to comment about the personable and friendly associates that work at Rossi. Never have we dealt with a dealership that EVERYONE was so friendly and had smiles to be shared....
