The entire staff were extremely professional and courteous throughout the process. Had relayed to our sales rep that we were pressed for time and didn’t want to spend hours signing documents, etc.. Everything was pre-worked and organized prior to us showing up at the dealership. Entire process took less than an hour which gave us more time to spend going over the jeeps features, etc with the Rossi staff. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a Jeep. More
