Andy went above and beyond to make the process smooth and comfortable for me. Because it was the last week of school where I work, I wasn’t able to visit the dealership or test drive the car myself initially. Despite this, Andy showed incredible kindness and flexibility. He took the time to work with my brother, showing him multiple vehicles and talking through my needs, all in good faith that I would follow up with him later. He treated my brother with the same respect as if he were the actual buyer, which showed his integrity and dedication to customer service. When I finally had time to follow up, Andy had everything ready for me, and the cars were prepared for test drives. He was respectful of my time and space during the waiting period, which I truly appreciated. Throughout the entire process, he was honest, knowledgeable, and straightforward—qualities that made me feel confident and well-informed. Andy knew he had the right vehicle for me at the right price and sold it with pride and professionalism. His friendly and kind personality made me feel comfortable from start to finish. I feel like I got completely ripped off just needed a sheild replaced on my car that fell off on the road. They charged me $265 for the part I found on line for less than $50. I’m guess 20 minutes worth of work. I’ll do it myself next time. Management was not helpful at all. I worked with Joe Gonzalez and the manager Gus Hoelscher. They chose not to help resolve the problem at all. Not $5 off. Nothing! I have 2. Vehicles I purchased from this dealership. I won’t make that mistake again. I guess it’s time to shop other brands, or at least a better dealership that cares about its customer!!! More

Showroom is spacious and clean with extremely friendly staff. Salesman actually followed up and was willing to work with you for a reasonable offer.
