This review is entirely for the amazing salesperson(s) I worked with at RR Honda, Will and Branda. Our first visit, Will was great. My partner and I both have sales backgrounds and if we’d been mangers grad worked with at RR Honda, Will and Branda. Our first visit, Will was great. My partner and I both have sales backgrounds and if we’d been mangers grading him, he ticked every single box. Genuine, friendly, made the connection. Unfortunately, the involvement of a sales manager soured the visit. When we left, we honestly did not intend to come back, but after visiting the three other Honda dealerships in Austin, Will stood out. We decided to give them another shot, based purely on that experience. We showed up late and Will was with other customers, so we were partnered with Branda. Equally friendly and genuine. We appreciate that interference was run so that we worked only with Branda (and Will when he freed up), up until we were in finance and signing papers. Don was also great; very upbeat even though we were approaching midnight at that point. Honestly, if it weren’t for Will and Branda, we probably would have bought elsewhere. So if you choose to shop at Round Rock Honda, the salespeople are amazing. No idea what is going on with the sales managers though; their behavior nearly lost them a sale. (Also, we LOVE our new Honda CR-V but that was a no-brainer. I grew up with an Accord and an Odyssey; my first car was a Fit, I insisted my partner buy a CR-V when we got his car, so it only made sense that we got another Honda!) More
