The overall experience was great, nice staff and cars. I'm not happy with my turn in value in my car and this may be due to poor training in mechanics or evaluators. But I was low balled way under even under a poorly maintained car. brand new tires with alignment, pads, rotors, master cylinder, timingbelt, water pump, power steering pump, freshly change fluids, starter, headlight assembly l&R are with out question and there is proof. THERE WAS NO MECHANICAL ISSUES NEEDING TO BE ADDRESSED. As a turbine engine mechanic I keep my cars welI maintained especially when my family is aboard. I was offered 2600 for a 2010 honda odssey at 127000 which was in need of some cosmetic touches no doubt ill give them that. But when we buy cars we look for reliability which is what I though Honda stood for. That offer was not even close to the kelly blue book value which is crazy. I'm not mad just surprised the values they sell verses buy. Just be aware people and do your research i am complete happy with my Honda I have now. More
