William Damron was so personable and helpful and he never made us feel pressured. From selling our old car to purchasing our new passport the whole process was a breeze. Also my 2026 passport is perfect as well. We also got a great deal on the car. Will definitely continue purchasing our vehicles there from now on. Dustin Houdek was so accommodating and professional throughout the whole process. Highly recommend. More

My experience yesterday was neutral overall, but there were moments that stood out. The salesperson, Trisha, was thorough, knowledgeable, and professional throughout the process. She did a great job expla were moments that stood out. The salesperson, Trisha, was thorough, knowledgeable, and professional throughout the process. She did a great job explaining everything and ultimately helped clear up a few issues toward the end. I truly appreciate her effort and the way she handled the sale. However, the experience with the finance department was disappointing. I was informed that Honda was offering a $750 incentive if I chose to finance through them. To obtain that approval, I would have needed to run my credit and incur multiple inquiries, all for a structure that clearly benefited the dealership more than it benefited me. That did not make financial sense on my end, so I chose to finance through my credit union instead, where the warranty and GAP coverage were already embedded into the loan. The finance manager was noticeably dismissive after learning I was not financing through Honda. He criticized my decision and emphasized that I had “missed out” on $750. The interaction felt unprofessional. He did not congratulate us, did not shake my hand when we left—though he did shake my sister’s—and there was no sense of appreciation for our business. I understand dealerships are businesses and financing is part of how they generate revenue. However, the change in demeanor once it was clear they would not be maximizing profit on my deal was evident. Every other vehicle purchase I’ve made has felt celebratory and customer-focused, regardless of how the deal was structured. That was not the case here. It just felt like another car deal to them, and we were treated as such. More
