My service advisor Ray Castelo was very helpful in explaining what my car needed. It’s not his fault that the car wash was just on the top of the car, or that the passenger side mirror was left turned explaining what my car needed. I think $106.30 is really a lot to pay for an oil change & tire rotation but he told me what to expect at my next appointment & I appreciate that very much. I give him 5 stars, but only one for the car wash person. More
