My husband and I took a leap of faith and decided to take a day trip to Round Rock from Corpus Christi. We were specifically looking for this used 2018 Ex Odyssey we saw online a week ago. Our salesman Joshua found us searching in the car lot and asked if he could help us. We showed him the picture and he knew exactly which one it was. Joshua was such a blessing to us. He explained everything perfectly and helped us with each step. He never forced his opinions or beliefs. You could tell that he genuinely cared for his customers as if we were his own family. Richard Powers went above and beyond to help make my awful day so much better!! My key randomly stopped working, so I had to get it towed to the dealership to have replacement keys made. The tow driver awful day so much better!! My key randomly stopped working, so I had to get it towed to the dealership to have replacement keys made. The tow driver took my car without my keys, went MIA with it, then dropped it without notifying anybody at the dealership! Richard apologized for my negative experience, even though it was towed through a 3rd party company my insurance set up for me. He reassured me that the timing of the replacement keys would fit within my time frame where I could still pick up my son from daycare before they closed. His compassion and love for his job clearly showed through in every single word he spoke to me!! I cannot recommend any employee as much as I recommend and THANK Richard. I came in frazzled and angry with the situation, and left with every question answered promptly, kindly, and with superior knowledge. Richard even talked about and answered questions I didn't even know I had!! This man deserves a raise!! I know that I will plan to come to the dealership for any issues I have with my vehicle solely because of the kindness and compassion and reassurance given to me from Richard. I hope I run into him every time I am there as my entire day was made 1,000x better after coming into contact with him. You sure do have an amazing employee on your hands Honda!!
