The employees worked with specifically were a Mr Shoemaker, and a Mr Salter. Had to clairfy. The saleswoman who failed to respect my money, life, requests, etc was known as "Trish" for those curious. Service ends for her after her commission, she will insist all communication about issues be done with her personal cellular, do not do this. It is her getting to cover up her failures by keeping them off record and out of sight to the dealership. She also purposely dragged it out past the return date to stick me with the lease as per contract because I would be forced to incur fees. Mr Salter also ignored ALL, yes ALL issues and concerns besides a single one. One issue that cannot be duplicated without people lives at risk. This was his attempt to try to sign off claiming they couldn't find an issue with the only thing they would acknowledge (my ex was a dealer gm and mentioned previously it's a tactic to throw a customer under the bus AND to skirt responsibilities) by intentionally being unable to recreate it, but would have a document stating they couldnt. Note such reports dont specify actual methods. Just shows you why dealers are known as snakes. I was warned about this dealer and didn't listen. Pricy mistake.
