Unfortunately this dealer failed to deliver. I visited to test drive a certified Honda Pilot. A few days passed and I decided to act on it. When I contacted the dealer on a Saturday, they said I visited to test drive a certified Honda Pilot. A few days passed and I decided to act on it. When I contacted the dealer on a Saturday, they said the vehicle was available. When I pressed them that it was no longer on the lot (I live nearby and drive past the lot daily) they said that it had sold. Come Monday, I hear from the sales person I test drove with that the Passport was getting service completed due to a recall. I have since gone out of town, so I try their “buy online” feature as I did not want to miss out on the opportunity. A day passes and nobody contacts me about my buy online action. And the salesman tells me they only take offers and sell cars in person. So why have a “buy online” feature if you cannot actually buy online? As a repeat customer (bought three vehicle there previously), I am very disappointed. More

Update 12/9/22- After my initial review Jason Jackson reached out to me to rectify my problem. While no car shopping experience can be a 100% perfect. The staff at Round Rock did an excellent job of exceeding my expectations and fixing my problem. Let me start out by saying my experience with Gary and Round Rock Honda was very good. I found a vehicle on their website which met all of my expectations (Make, Model & Price). Gary reached out to me and we took care of most of the transaction via email. When he sent me over the agreement there was an extra $500. I asked him what this was for he said it was for window tint. Which overall I was fine with but knowing that tinted rear windows were standard on the vehicle I was purchasing I then asked if the front windows were tinted and he confirmed that they were. So I put down a deposit to hold the vehicle and told him to contact me when it was ready. Fast forward several days later he told me the car was ready for me to pick up. So my wife and I traveled from the Dallas area to Round Rock Honda to pick it up. I had already secured financing through one of their preferred lenders which also happens to be my employer. When I arrive at the dealership Gary shows me the vehicle and then asks me to fill out a credit app. I asked him why when I was already approved for financing. He gave me some kind of story and I filled out the app but then they started hassling me because my manager is in the UK. I explained the whole situation to him but in my mind most of the information they asked for on the app was unnecessary. Finally after waiting about an hour I was taken back to the finance office to complete the transaction and shortly there after I was on my way. More
