I am new to Texas- never been here, but moved from Massachusetts for a new job. I bought my car in Mass and moved before it was due for scheduled service. The customer service rep (short blond lady) was very friendly and courteous. She looked up all the info about my car, set up an account, and arranged for my service. She also printed out a schedule to help me keep track of the plan. I will come back for scheduled and non-scheduled service just because she was helpful and genuinely seemed to care. Really appreciated that being in a brand new place. Also, the car wash wasn't working. I found out later that the guy cleaned my car manually. Most places would've gave me a coupon for a wash later. Again, the two people I interacted with just seemed to care about the service and my experience. I absolutely hate I didn't write down their names. More
