Today, I picked up my Hyunday after the service which done by Round Rock dealership. I was talk to service manager and told him that it is my third times coming here for the same service regarding Palisa done by Round Rock dealership. I was talk to service manager and told him that it is my third times coming here for the same service regarding Palisade wind noise and nothing is fixed. I told him wind noise coming from rear windows, but you are changing front windows and mirror strips and then he told me something interesting! He said, we are doing services which are told by Hyundai customer service to us and if you write negative review you are not welcome to this store anymore. This is how they are getting review. Threating customers to not write bad review. More
