Hi, I'm the writer of this review. I took my car into Round Rock Hyundai rather than scheduling the (6 weeks later) repair. My service representative (S.Foster) got my car in that day, and had it back to me in several days. It just goes to show that the person on the other end of the phone doesn't always know what can be done. My car is fixed....Works great now....and I'm quite happy with their response.
