Great Sonata. Great salesman. Lousy Service Department. The Sonata Sport is fantastic. The Salesman, Paul was wonderful to work with during the sale. However two trips back to the Service Department to get The Sonata Sport is fantastic. The Salesman, Paul was wonderful to work with during the sale. However two trips back to the Service Department to get an optional item installed rendered 3-1/2 hours of waiting, excuses of I can’t control a contractor that’s supposed to do the work, no apologies, and rudeness.
