I left my truck there on Monday and told them that I was leaving town until Friday. The repairs needed were fairly simple and I was assured that it should be ready when I came back. The truck wasn’t looked at until Thursday and parts weren’t ordered until Friday, the day I was to return. Needless to say it didn’t get repaired until the following Monday. So the truck was at the shop for 8 days for a four hour job. I won’t ever make this mistake again. I won’t buy or take anything to Roundtree Ford in Shreveport for service again. More
