SERVICE VISIT

Staff was pleasant. Got to the dealership early and still took 5 hours to get my car serviced (oil change and tire rotation). Thank goodness I lived close enough to the dealership so I was able to get their shuttle home and back. I was told the wait was longer than usual because they were short staffed. There were only two other people waiting when I arrived and I didn’t see a lot of cars in the bays! Seems they only have 5 loaner cars SO, if you live too far for the shuttle OR you arrive too late to get a loaner, you will probably be stuck there ALL day. Even if you have an appointment, the wait is very lengthy! More
