Clean facility, salesman easy to work with, the finance manager was a bit plushy with the extended warranty plans. My truck broke down, and I had it towed to Rountree Ford. I made an appointment for the next day, but it was 10 days before they were able to get to work on my vehicle! They replace the battery along with the alternator, but the alternator repair was the only one I authorized. They corrected the mistake immediately, but not before telling me my vehicle was ready. I feel the service advisor did not pay close attention to my requests. More
