Service advisor told me to go to another dealer. Rude. Unhelpful. Did not meet apt time. Others put in front. Told I did not need a battery. Went to ford they checked and replaced battery. Service managers son was the rude person and he told me to just go to another dealership. He was just rude and interjected in the other service guys information he was trying to give me. Second time bad service and rude advisor. Teck would not even talk to me just the rude advisor. Will never return while that service writer is there. Ford dealer treated me very well and listened to my problems with my car and took care of it right away. More

I was gaslighted and was lied to by Travis Levi Sutley. He is not an honest individual, he is manipulative and needs to further his education. He has a childish mentality and does not belong working with people who are purchasing vehicles because it is a serious experience that he doesn't approach with honesty. I was overcharged for my vehicle from the listed price of 23884 to 24051 and Travis Levi Sutley forged a package that I did not request into my contract which is stealing from customers blindly. I felt taken advantage of by Travis Levi Sutley and I am not sure how to ever trust car sales employees again. This was honestly one of the worst interactions and experiences that I have ever taken part in. More
