Overall rating is Good As far as service, I don't have any major issues. Chevy department for the most part has held up the end of there bargain on agreed service. I actually was told on another truck I brought in for service it needed a part, which I paid for; however, it turned out to be the wrong one. They fixed with the correct part and made no additional payment to me. The tire alignment I recently got did not work, even though I was shown a print out of it being "within parameters". Still pulls to the right after cross rotation. Plan on returning when I have time, but time is of the essence and it's hard to take several hours off to get these things done, especially twice. Oil changes and minor issues are well within expectation. Overall rating is Good, slightly leaning to better that good. I appreciate there efforts and realize you can't always be perfect, and things happen. Nissan across the way is slow and overvalued. More

Fast, effecient, service. I recently moved to this area and had previously brought my Corvette in for routine maintenance.. My fiance' needed service on her Chevrolet HHR and w I recently moved to this area and had previously brought my Corvette in for routine maintenance.. My fiance' needed service on her Chevrolet HHR and we were again, very satisfied with the dealerships fast, friendly, efficient service. The service advisor, Michael Roberts made every effort to insure we were satisfied with the service and kept me informed of exactly what work was being performed and did an exemplary job of looking at any areas that may need future attention. The sales department, on the other hand, were not as helpful. I also requested an estimate on the value of my Corvette and brought it back in for them to inspect it. They never made any effort to contact me and, as a result, I will undoubtedly be purchasing my next Vette through another dealership. More

Highly recommend anyone, amazing customer service! This place is beyond amazing! They absolutely met every need possible that I had and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. They even washed and detailed my car for me at no cost without me even asking for it. They offered me coffee in the lounge area and to take me anywhere I wanted while my car was being serviced. Everyone there had a smile on their face and was very polite. I won't be going any where else but Rountree Moore Chevrolet for any services regarding my vehicles. More
