I arrived at 9:08, for 9:15 appointment for oil change type service, I think Bryan Wachob was employee on duty. At 10:10 my car was brought around & key was placed in booth. At 10:15 I started looking for someone to give me my key & check me out! I went there because I received email with discount for this service. Wasn't worth the $20 savings, I am VERY disappointed! A hours' service that would have been about 15-20 minutes at my usual oil change place! Plus they didn't vacuum my car & that IS included in my normal place! Young lady that checked me out remained VERY professional & apologetic! As I blessed her out for my inconvenience! Didn't see name-tag according to this site it was either Amy or Angela, so I have given both 5 star! Site will not acknowledge when I click on a star for ANY of the 3!! By the way, got home to email stating I had missed my appointment!! More

I’m 58 years old and have bought a dozen new vehicles in my life.....This was the first time I ever left a Dealership feeling like I had made a good deal. Angela Anderson set the tone in the service department by making it clear they were eager to serve me and grateful for my business. She was extremely personable and went about her work efficiently with a humble demeanor. I had no intention of buying a car, I went in for vehicle service. Mr Kennington went the extra mile to show me every vehicle I had interest in (in the rain). When I hesitated at the total price, Mr Dylan Green got involved, offered MORE than I expected my trade was worth, and lowered the car to a price I could not walk away from. Dylan Green was clearly going to do whatever it took to gain my trust and business. The staff managed to be eager to make a deal without pressuring me. I felt comfortable and in charge the entire time. The whole crew represents the “Bow-Tie” brand well. More

If I could give more stars I would. We were on vacation in Florida and friends of ours had our vehicle headed home to Michigan. Unfortunately, our vehicle left them stranded with their family on the side of the highway while we were already back home in Michigan. Bryan and his team allowed our vehicle to be towed to their dealership and began working on it first thing Monday to find the issue (blown engine). Bryan handled dealing with every aspect of the repair, our warranty company, being sure to keep us informed, not giving us a runaround like previous dealerships have here in Michigan, and even did plenty of leg work on his days off to get our vehicle done as quickly as possible, and our bill was not only extremely reasonable, but pretty well exactly what he said it would be when I arrived. He also made sure his mechanics took extra attention to our vehicle knowing we were coming from out of town to drive it back home 1200 miles (along with a fresh car wash) and he consistently responded quickly every time we called. Reliable and trustworthy business is merely impossible to come by these days and these guys are it. Also, once we came to pick up our vehicle, every single person checked to be sure we were being helped. I can’t rave about this dealership enough. More
