I was initially upset with a situation that I was unaware had to do with the call center. Several different staff members during the several days that they had my truck listened to my complaints and did not had to do with the call center. Several different staff members during the several days that they had my truck listened to my complaints and did not dismiss my concerns, but actually made a point to address them.
