Well it started with taking my truck in for a transmission and torque converter (18 silverado) supposed to be under my ext. warranty that was sold to me by the dealer ship when I purchased the tr transmission and torque converter (18 silverado) supposed to be under my ext. warranty that was sold to me by the dealer ship when I purchased the truck. The warranty claim was denied because of my tire size. This is the great part, the tires on the truck at time of claim are smaller than the tires on the truck when the dealer sold it to me and per my warranty contract the current tires are to big which means the tires that were on the truck when it was sold to me were "to big". Warranty wasn't valid from the day I bought the warranty. They are supposed to reimburse me for what the warranty cost. (We will see how long that takes). Then I go to pick up my truck and get told I owe right at $300 for a diag fee (I told them what was wrong with the truck but for warranty purposes had to go through a dealer), but after getting the price cut down to almost half that I agreed to pay because I was told they dropped the tranny pan for the inspector to come look at it I felt as if it was worthy of paying that. Then I get the truck home and find out they hadn't touched a bolt on it. So I still paid for nothing. Not happy at all. Will not be back for any kinda work nor to by another vehicle. I have pictures proving they didn't touch a bolt but dont know how to add them. More

This dealership is very misleading. Took my car in for AC repair and was told it would be $950 to repair.
