Very smooth process! I was having starting problems with my car and decided to stop by the service department to see if they could diagnose my car's issue. Everyone there I was having starting problems with my car and decided to stop by the service department to see if they could diagnose my car's issue. Everyone there was super friendly and super attentive, letting me know that I would be helped immediately. Thanks to Danielle, I saved a LOT of money because my car's issue was actually the BATTERY, and she informed me that my warranty would cover the cost of replacing it!! I had almost purchased a battery at a parts place the night before which would have been $160 but since I wasn't convinced that it WAS a battery issue, I chose not to until I got an expert opinion from a reputable company. Naturally, I took my car to Rountree for that opinion, where I had purchased my car, and boy am I GLAD I did! More
