Mr. Gregory is an excellent sales representative. Been shopping & looking around for several weeks to trade in my Honda, & really was not pleased with what different dealerships had to offer. First of all, some sale representatives from different dealerships we're either "too" friendly to the point that they appeared to be plain old phony, or lacked the desire to really make a sale. Mr. Gregory had patience understating and demonstrated a positive seance of humor which allowed me to feel relaxed and ask questions without feeling uncomfortable or embarrassed.
