Service department sucks! They literally will scam you for your money and act like it's ok in this economy! Took my son car here due to the suspension system being stuck in do They literally will scam you for your money and act like it's ok in this economy! Took my son car here due to the suspension system being stuck in down mode. They told me it was one thing, I paid $1300 I got the truck back 2 weeks later it was stuck in down mode again! Took it back was told something else and paid an additional $1100. I picked the car up after them having it for 4 months(because they kept saying they didn't know what was wrong with it!)Same day I picked it up the car was stuck in down mode again! I had it towed back there and they tried charging me 2k lol They said we broke it from driving it! I said but we didn't drive it, check the mileage it was towed out of there to my house! After checking I get a call back from the service manager saying I apologize you're right etc. Now the car is there again I speak to this guy last name Patel he tells me well when you bring your car here there is several different components to each dash light we fixed 2 out of 6 when we do this we are just GUESSING which components to fix so in other words we can make you pay for 4 more services that you probably don't need but we wouldn't know until we tried them all (I have a JEEP, I took it to JEEP) why would I think the experts would be guessing? Better yet why would you even let that come out of your mouth? Like really? Fast forward 3k later I get my car back (over a year total by the way) All the while paying insurance, car rentals etc (they did provide a loaner at one point after I went off for them having the car so long for like 3 months) Anyhow my car is back still stuck in down mode and I am out of 3k3 days ago I took my car to a random mechanic he switched the suspension from air to regular meaning the car will stay one height all for less than $1,100. I can't wait to see these people in court! The parts that they supposedly fixed? Well the mechanic took those off and guess what? They were not new and each suspension bag had wholes in them which is why the car was dropping down low! So if the parts aren't new where is my 3k? Only God knows. Be careful here! More
