We scheduled a time that I was going to call her to set up a rental car. When I called, I was told she would not be in till 2 hrs later. Some one else had to help me with the rental. After the work was done, she didn't apply my warranty onto the invoice. The cashier expected full payment. Again, someone else had to help me and adjust the bill. I was told no one knew when my vehicle would be ready, so I rental a car. My car was ready after 2 days. If I had known that, I would not have rented a car. More
