A better service than the prior one I had here I had a bad experience the 2nd to last time I got an oil change. The guy in the blue shirt wasn’t professional. It was a rainy day and he jumped right I had a bad experience the 2nd to last time I got an oil change. The guy in the blue shirt wasn’t professional. It was a rainy day and he jumped right in my vehicle without putting a plastic mat down before getting in it (my vehicle was left with boot marks), my key fob had a scratch on it and stopped working (was dropped). I called to put a complaint in and was told a manager would call me the next day and I never received a call. I was very disappointed. My last visit to get an oil change was great! Larry took care of me the best he could especially when I told him how upset/unhappy I was from the visit prior. He was very helpful and professional! More
