I said I need oil change and lube and Mickey said he would take care of that and ask if I was waiting to which is r Mickey is "get the job done" guy. My sales person Manny Lopez, who was recommended to me by many of my neighbors, wa I just purchased my fourth Jeep at Route 1 Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. My sales person Manny Lopez, who was recommended to me by many of my neighbors, was awesome! He let me look for the car that I wanted, answered all of my questions and never pressured me to make a snap decision. Our negotiations for trade in and final price was straight forward and more than fair. Mike in finance was direct and to the point, a no nonsense kind of guy. Our deal process went well past closing and both Manny and Mike stayed to close the deal with us. They are tops in my book. It was by far the best experience I have ever had buying a new car or truck. Now I know why so many people recommended Route 1 and Manny! More
